PMP services and accounts

Printers Media Plus provides design, printing, display, wrap, production, fulfillment, delivery, and installation services. Customers are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account access, and actions taken through their account.

Quotes, estimates, and final pricing

Online estimates and visual configurations are planning tools unless expressly identified as a final purchasable price. Final pricing may depend on verified dimensions, vehicle or site condition, artwork readiness, material availability, shipping, installation, taxes, and the approved scope. A final quote controls if it conflicts with an earlier estimate.

Customer artwork and intellectual property

Customers represent that they have permission to use, reproduce, modify, and produce submitted artwork, photographs, trademarks, and other content. Customers retain their rights in submitted content. PMP may use that content only as reasonably needed to quote, design, proof, produce, deliver, document, and support the requested work.

BUSINESS APPROVAL REQUIRED: Approve the final infringement-claim process and any indemnity language with counsel.

Proofs and production

Customers must review proofs carefully, including content, spelling, color expectations, dimensions, placement, quantities, and finishing. Production begins only after the required approval and payment milestones. Changes after approval may require a revised quote, schedule, and proof. Screen previews and Wrap Studio visualizations are design concepts; production may require final prepress, panel preparation, color management, and a separate approved production proof.

Vehicles, sites, and installation

Customers must provide accurate vehicle, surface, access, and site information. Installation timing and results can depend on cleanliness, paint or surface condition, prior repairs, existing graphics, temperature, access, and other conditions that may be confirmed during review. PMP may pause work when conditions are unsafe or materially different from the approved scope.

Payment and schedule

Payment milestones, deposits, balances, expiration dates, and schedules are stated in the applicable final quote or order. Dates are estimates until PMP confirms inputs, materials, approvals, payment, and capacity. Third-party carrier or site delays may affect delivery or installation timing.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of custom work and is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable quote. Custom work already designed, prepared, ordered, printed, produced, shipped, or installed may involve nonrecoverable costs.

BUSINESS APPROVAL REQUIRED: Approve final cancellation charges, refund timing, and any deposit rules before these terms are finalized.

Warranties, liability, and applicable law

Any product-specific warranty or remedy should be stated in the final quote, order, or approved written policy. Nothing in this draft is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

BUSINESS APPROVAL REQUIRED: Counsel and the business owner must approve warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute procedures, governing law, venue, and any arbitration language.
