This draft explains how Printers Media Plus may handle information used to provide customer accounts, design services, quotes, orders, production, delivery, and support.

Information we collect
- Contact and account information, such as name, email, phone number, company, and authentication records.
- Project, quote, order, vehicle, installation, shipping, and production information.
- Artwork, photographs, designs, proofs, specifications, comments, and revisions that customers or staff upload or create.
- Technical information used to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, session, and diagnostic data.
How information is used
PMP uses information to provide estimates and quotes, prepare designs and proofs, manufacture and deliver products, coordinate installation, support customers, protect accounts, maintain records, and improve service reliability.
- Communicate about accounts, projects, quotes, payments, proofs, production, delivery, and support.
- Prevent fraud, investigate failures, and enforce authorized access.
- Meet recordkeeping, tax, legal, and operational obligations.
Artwork and vehicle photos
Uploaded artwork and photographs may contain business or personal information. PMP uses these files to provide the requested design, proofing, production, and support services. Customers should upload only material they are authorized to use.
Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by Square or another disclosed payment provider. PMP does not claim to store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy practices, while PMP may retain transaction references, status, amount, receipt information, and limited card metadata needed for order records and support.
Cookies and sessions
PMP may use cookies, browser storage, and secure session technology to keep users signed in, preserve approved project state, maintain cart and workflow continuity, protect the service, and understand failures. Browser settings may limit some technology, but doing so can affect functionality.
Service providers and disclosure
PMP may share only the information reasonably needed with providers supporting hosting, storage, payment processing, email, shipping, installation, production, analytics, security, and professional services. PMP may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of an approved business transaction.
Retention and security
PMP retains records for as long as reasonably needed for the service, customer history, production reproducibility, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. PMP uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
BUSINESS APPROVAL REQUIRED: Approve formal retention periods and any category-specific deletion schedule before this policy is finalized.
Customer requests
Customers may contact PMP to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information. PMP may need to verify identity and may retain records when required for completed transactions, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
